Fighting Fit Dubai is a multi award winning reality show that transforms the lives of a cross section of the public, with 50 hopefuls competing to become a fitter healthier them. The show deconstructs and rebuilds the contestants into more powerful human beings, in mind and body.

A 6 month experience that encapsulates and consumes viewers as they live the contestants journey, interact with them, share their fears, passions and aspirations. You are with them for the highs and the lows in this process of self discovery.

Fighting Fit Dubai is a place where all are equal. Gender, race, shape and size are put to one side as all contestants compete with one goal. To re-engineer their lives.
